Today is my partner Nicole’s birthday. Usually I create my own personalized bday card for her, but this year I’m writing this short blog. For those who don’t know, the EXTREMELY condensed version of how me and Nicole met goes like this:

We met on bumble (a dating app)in like December 2019. Decided not to date and just remain friends. Immediately, Covid hit in Jan 2020. Yikes. Me and Nicole would hang out and eat, watch movies at her place for HOURS, and just talk about our lives. This went on for almost a year. Eventually I started to like her and couldn’t hide it anymore and in October of 2020 asked her if we could date… and here we are.

The story is a lot cooler than that I promise but, that’s not why we are here. We are here for You Nikki! Here to say Happy Birthday! I hope today is amazing for you and I can’t wait to give you your gift in the morning, and take you out for dinner tonight! You have accomplished so much since we first met and have been such shining light in mine and others lives!

Your bday is smack dab in between Christmas and New years (you know I can relate lol) and people with bdays in this time can tend to get overlooked or missed in the chaos the holidays bring. So this year I wanted to just signal boost your bday with this post. You deserve everything and more and I will always be there to help you with whatever I can along the way.
